"Mijo Taekwondo is a WT Olympic-style Taekwondo School that is a branch of the Woo Kim Taekwondo Association. They have physical locations in Esquimalt, and Sooke (through SEAPARC). They also offer virtual training, available anywhere you like.
Mijo Taekwondo is sanctioned by the Taekwondo Federation of BC, Taekwondo Canada, and the World Taekwondo Federation. All Mijo Taekwondo Instructors are certified Black Belts.
